Rights are not immutable, in serving the public good. The access to guns that is guaranteed by the second amendment is not infinite, or above regulating. The Federal law, 18 U.S.C. § 922(d), says it is unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm or ammunition to any person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that such person “has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution.” Possession of a firearm by the mentally ill is also regulated by laws in 47-states. The Supreme Court has allowed these laws to stand, despite challenges. Facts, not feelings.

So the Air Force should recruit blind people for pilot training.

1) i dont believe in military, so no

2) common sense says no, but if you do allow it, your gonna have to take responsibility for the action, like an adult.

the mentally ill (me included) should be allowed to defend ourselves, unless of course you see us as sub-human, and undeserving of the same rights.

Tell it to somebody whose child was gunned down by a mentally ill person.

id tell them "oh well, criminals will be criminals"

so just because a few bad people do evil things, everyone has to suffer?
