Lol I have noticed. If a meme remains un featured, if you change the title it gains 2 more views in no time. Wonder is this mods or someone random?

I have no clue about most of this stuff. I am pretty sure, though, that no one except the mods can see memes that you haven't submitted yet :-)

I wonder if a mods ever been known to upvote? lol.
