He didn't toady, he was just vastly smarter than presidents before him and set up an in-person meeting to establish a good faith for peace. It'll work much better than the decades of the past practices that did little more than starve the poor average North Koreans worse.
So hard for some to concede positive steps and success instead of knee-jerk denouncing anything the "other" party does :::-/
