I couldn't get a soul to call or text so I could just add them to my contacts as they came in. So I guess my contacts are gonna be kind of empty!

IT's similar to my last one so that was nice. But trying to get my email and contacts entered was tedious. I asked people to text me so it would be easier, but I never heard from a soul.

That’s how I feel tonight!
At least I have a few IMGflip notifications to attend to!

I have plenty of "contacts" but I'm not too sure I have any friends. I feel like my people are here anyway. Always good laughs and relatable subject matter.

I did find that at least my contacts transferred when my neighbor texted me last night. I was pleasantly surprised. I guess it just took all freaking day for the stuff to load.

I don't know if cell signal comes into play, or wifi signal or any of that bs. We get rotten service here.

It's this thing where you put the old phone and new phone back to back until the info transfers. Once it transfers it has to load, or organize or do whatever the hell it does. I went in at one point and accidentally saw some list that I was supposed to approve permissions for, that is how I realized it was stuck in limbo.

I won't lie. It is entirely possible that this was an operator error. I am not the kind of person who is super smart about this stuff. Just in case you couldn't tell. LOL

At least that way you don't need to be dependent on your computer to hold your files

I did it twice. I wonder if the first go round I didn't do it long enough or whatever. To be honest, by the time I got to this point I was irritated. LOL the house... the kids... the neighbor at the door... etc...

Most of the time we spend more effort fighting with it to make it work.
It's supposed to make our lives easier, but it's just making it more of a pain in the ass

I think the designers fail to realize this because since they are the ones concocting all this technology they already use it easily. The learning curve sucks for the rest of us.

That's exactly what it is for a lot of things. It works for the engineers exactly as they design it, but consumers are not thd engineers, so it is very difficult to replicate

One man woke up in the night to find his Roomba had dragged dog sheet all over every square inch of his house.

I crate my dog over night. So any poo messes can easily be hosed off

Though they also never go in the house. My Dachshund was trained so well he would hold it until it killed him i think. My Chihuahua took some work. He came from a shelter so he needed to be taught to go out. But in a pinch he will use a piddle pad.

She's usually pretty good about making it outside.
Messes are fairly rare even at her age

I will say, this may be the first time ever that I like the new phone better. It has a couple of features that I usually use missing, but even with that I appreciate other features I didn't have before.

I find this one surprisingly easy to adapt to. It's the Blackberry Key 1, I had a BlackBerry Classic. I still have a few kinks to work out, but it wasn't as bad as I assumed it would be to switch. Of course I will keep this phone for another 5 years because I won't want to switch again, LOL

Take it to the place you bought it, and ask the person behind the counter for assistance. They're usually glad to help.

At&t has a live chat with customer service on their website. If I can't get it figured out I will ask them I hate going into the store, they want to harass you to get their home service, or accessories and blah blah blah.
