We're all anonymous here. Never mind who wrote it, the numbers are clear.

The numbers won't be clear until all unsolved crime gets solved. And the numbers we have point to another conclusion, however, any crime that's commited by an illegal is one that never should have happened while every country has to already deal with the crime commited by those legally here.

Any crime that's committed by a citizen is also one that never should have happened.
