Well.. permanent corporate tax cuts help. Letting banksters do whatever they want helps..( at least short term). Cheap oil generally helps. A trade war dragging on doesn't help. Shutting down the govt doesn't help. The perception of instability doesn't help. Cutting welfare and food stamps doesn't help. Removing cheap labor doesn't help.
