Phil actually had a very good point, no matter where BHO was born, he had to give up his US citizenship to get an education in Indonesia (their law at the time). By doing so he now becomes a "naturalized " citizen. exempting him from office. Berg has $$ or at least had $$ he was LT DA for philly and a lawyer.

Im aware that Obama lived in Indonesia for a few years (as a child) with his mom and relatively new stepdad... but idk about the rest.. all i found so far was this: "Indonesia law at the time did not recognize dual citizenship, meaning if Obama became Indonesian, then as far as that country was concerned, his U.S. citizenship was no longer recognized by Indonesia. But U.S. law would still recognize Obama as an American citizen."

berg had a huge vid on it, remember he was a lawyer and tasked by the 08 Hillary campaign to check on John McCain's citz. JM was born in Panama on a military base (considered us soil). Berg was tasked to check BHO too,said that BHO did not check out because Indonesia demanded that you renounce all other citizenship's, at the time to get an education.Berg said that in US law if you renounce your citizenship, you can be repatriated as the Obamas did but you would be considered "naturalized"(like Schwarzenegger) vs "Natural born" . Berg sued for BHO's sealed college records, lost. probably sealed because BHO got "foreign aide" grants. Illegal for "natural born" citizens, a felony . exempting him from office. dont shoot the messenger. he does have valid points and was a pretty high ranking lawyer/ official for the dem party of pa and state of pa. none of those "he was born in Kenya rants" but valid legal technicalities .Berg is a self described "Lifelong democrat" and lifetime member of the aclu.

2. Under US law, can a minor renounce their citizenship?
3. Can a parent renounce their child's citizenship?
