On the Dutch news there recently was an article of males being victim of sexual abuse committed by women in general (as well child as adult), and how people cannot accept the fact that this happens too.
If what you say about that picture is true (although the meme's funny, I can't deny that), it would be pretty serious. Maybe the little boy may not feel himself abused, but adults deem "normal" what they were taught as children, and thus this boy could, once reaching adulthood, think grabbing women like that is normal, which all the bad results such a thing may have. Of course, when this boy is a man, who despite what happened, treats women with respect, and sees this picture of his childhood, I wonder how embarrassed he may feel, and then...... :-/
