The people get corralled like livestock by the Capitol's enforcers who have guns.
Obviously someone denied the people the right to keep and bear arms, or the right was abolished. Either way the people are without and are at the mercy of the Capitol.
Is it moot to point out which political party wants to abolish the Second Amendment?
