Soldiers at Dusk

In 1966, Charles Whitman, a Marine sniper, killed 16 people at the University of Texas in Austin. He is one of many soldiers who were not heroes. While we appreciate the heroic actions of our brave soldiers, don't pretend that signing up makes people virtuous.
