The YouTube video claims that the information was leaked.

Russia wouldn't evacuate 40 million people just because. They did it for a very serious reason.

If you've heard of the McCain incident then you'll understand that this is exactly something the deep state would do. In both cases they tried to frame one country by putting nuclear materials from either Russia or the US into the hands of the enemies of US or Russia.

The deep state gave Russian uranium to Iran through Syria. The deep state gave American Nukes to ISIL in Syria.

You won't find this information anywhere except the supposed leak. If Russians were really killed with an American nuke then both countries, the US and Russia, would want to destroy any evidence that it ever happened to prevent a war. Such was the case with the McCain incident when the nuclear facility was destroyed by missiles.

In short, Obama delivered 7 Davey Crocket M388 Nuclear Mortars to the Syrian rebels. Their location was given away and the weapons fell into the hands of ISIL (deliberately). ISIL then used one of the weapons against Russian forces, killing 20 soldiers. Russia evacuated 40 million people in response.

The plan was to bait Russia into a war with the US since they knew Russia would be able to identify that the weapons were American made. Russia did not take the bait and waited for the 2016 elections. Had Hillary Clinton won Russia was prepared to go to war with the US.

This is the third attempt I know of to start WW3 by the Democrats working for the Deep State. One is equally hidden from the public (McCain) and the other is hiding in plain sight (Kashogi), relying on the fact that most Americans are too stupid to understand the consequences of certain actions in foreign policy. The scenario presented in this meme is a "leak". Nobody is sure of its validity. Based on other things I know about Benghazi and the McCain incident I find this scenario within the realm of possibility. I'd say that it's even more likely to be fact than fiction.

I've posted the links so that people can make their own opinions. That's what I do.

I rarely have finalizing proof, but I always have evidence. If I or anyone else waited for absolute proof, there'd be nothing worth discussing and truth would be masked behind silence.

I doubt there is a picture of that specific explosion. Nobody knew the nuke was going to be used except for the people that fired it.

The video I posted shows that the explosion and its aftermath are fairly small. A good breeze would erase the evidence in a matter of minutes.

The whole thing was covered up for three years. There is no photographic proof of the M388 being used.

That YouTube link shows the delivery and explosion in 20 seconds. It's kind of hard to gauge the scale, but it's tiny for a nuke.

I highly doubt there are any modern pictures of it even being tested. Nobody pops off nukes, except for ISIL apparently.

They didn't retaliate against the US because that would mean ww3. Instead they prepared and did the evacuation drill days before the US election as a message to Hillary that war was coming if she won.

Ironically, that's exactly what Hillary wanted. I don't think Russia understood her whole plan at that point.

Personally, I find it extremely likely to be true. You were yourself amazed at the number of people that Putin had drill evacuations. 40 million people don't get pulled from their lives to hide underground and in shelters for no reason.

The "leak" provides a compelling reason for why the evacuations occurred.

I contacted the FBI because yet another one sounded like he was prepping to go on a shooting spree. He too had schizoid episodes.

One went crazy on me, paranoid schizo. Every little thing I said she claimed was about her, no matter how unrelated. She enlisted that first guy I mentioned to help her. Lonely and gullible and nuts, that fueled him to go after me & my friends after he had cooled down since his intro.
