Read the meme again. Don't get all bent-out-of shape with me (please). I've seen the term "cancer" tossed around as an epithet by the alt-reich, and rather than get chapped on the terms of 'art' - I try and ignore the rhetorical flourish - and just argue the underlying points and issues.

We'll probably never see eye-to-eye politically - but where you're not attacking decent people (like Octavia) just for being, feeling or thinking differently from yourself - I just upvote your comments - or I leave them alone.

To my point of view... The willful, proud ignorance, jingoism and xenophobia/coded racism of a Trump and the far-right - appear to be an actually cancerous thing (malignant and spreading) to me - but I get it, if you don't see that, or disagree.

If I mistook you for one of those engaging in that - my apologies. I was digging through a shit-load of "low rated" TOS comments - and sometimes I get some users mixed-up. It might have been Dr Sarcasm - or who knows. Names become irrelevant - if you're f-ing with people unfairly like that... 'Ban hammer 'em ALL... God will know his own'.

Yeah. The Muslim ban. The disenfranchising of Black voters in Georgia. The support for a guy like Roy Moore. The need for a wall against Brown folks - on the land we took from them - while drug( mule)s, migrants and news anchors can, and do, sneak-in from Canada, undocumented, all the time, unnoticed - no sweat...

Some of it is just coded language - the so-called "racist dog whistle"... The campaign against Andrew Gillum was loaded with that. The deep "id" of the right is usually implictly racist - where not actually explicit. I've taken upper division ethnic studies and history classes. I'm an artist and photographer. I make memes. So I have a pretty good eye for coded imagery. I get it if can't see it... Or won't (or just don't want to) look... But the "Muslim Ban" is just the tip of the iceberg - imho.

And I can't see into DT's heart (such as it is) to read HIS true feelings... But at the very least what he's doing is Machiavellian AF - capitilizing upon the racism and xenophobia of voters - for political gain.

And I know what REAL self-avowed racists and neoNazis say and think about the guy. Some are like - "yeah he's a 'shabbos goy' for Israel... But he's really helping our organizing efforts, and movement, overall... So....". And I get their point. Why let the PERFECT(ly awful) be the enemy of the Good( ole boys)? They figure HRC or Bernie would suck-up to Israel and the Rothschilds just as hard - but would also be working with Soros - and speaking out against racism that prevents its "normalization" - in a way that Trump never will. So they pick their fights wisely.

Anywhoo... Nothing personal. It's a subject I'm keyed-to and sensitized upon. Some folks don't see ANY of it. Some do - but have to make compromises for the sake of a political agenda, or whatever. Sorry if I went long here.
