Trump shut down the government, not the Democrats. Trump put 800,000 people in a no paycheck situation and says he doesn't care how long it lasts. He's got a budget that all he has to do is sign. It's a budget that the Republican controlled congress agreed on. Dems are still a week from controlling the House. If the Republican congress wanted a wall, they've had 2 years to come up with the money. They didn't have a problem giving the wealthy 1.5 Trillion.

Maybe if we don't pay them long enough we'll save enough money to build the wall.. The DEMOCRATS lose in a government shutdown because we all realize that all of the people work for the government and no one even notices when they stop.. that's the problem with BIG GOVERNMENT. #ThanksForPlaying

If the government doesn't need all of these employee's... why would we rush to get them paid again..this could last awhile..THE DEMOCRATS ARE PRETTY DUMB.. and it may take them a long time to realize they have NO OTHER OPTION.. so if these "NON-Essential employees" can find work somewhere else.. Maybe they should..
