Doesn't work that way. If you think you need a supreme being to hold you accountable and to be a good person, you've got major problems. That should be an internal ability. People should internally know the difference between right and wrong. Remember, sins are forgiven every Sunday. Mess up and screw your neighbors wife on Wednesday? No problem, you're forgiven on Sunday.

Captain Picard Facepalm Meme | OOPS YOU DIDN'T GET IT. | image tagged in memes, captain picard facepalm | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
You only got one thing right, it doesn't work that way. Mankind is inherently evil. Put three 2 year olds in a room with 2 toys. Put Fidel Castro in charge of a revolution, sorry Che, you be expendable.
Your ignorance of teh Bible is pretty glaring too. In infinite and eternal God knows that he who lives like hell during the week then thinks he puts it all behind him with an extra $20 in the plate on Sunday is not a Christian even if he says he is one. Real Christians understand that all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of a Holy God, that the wages of sin (which is by definition falling short) is death. In order to restore a right relationship with our Creator we need a redeemer to pay the price which was paid by God Himself in the form of His Son, Jesus Christ. By believing that Christ came to earth, paid the price for sin for all humanity and accepting that proxy payment, we can be restored to a living relationship with our living God. I could go on, but you may already be dismissing all of this.
You may be saying, bunk! Evolution disproves God, so then how did asexual single cell organisms evolve into the intricate and precise 30 trillion cell organism that is a human being? How did the cardio vascular system evolve? How did the skeletal system evolve? How did the digestive system evolve? How did the nervous system evolve? How did the three little bones in the inner ear evolve so we could hear? How did sexual reproduction evolve? How did consciousness evolve? And Darwin's most feared question (he knew it would blow his theory out of the water) how did the eye evolve? And all this by accident over millions of years? Yeah right. You see it's far more complex than just evolving from another primate, it is evolving from nothing. Evolutionist have to believe more non-answers than a Christian because the Bible has 109 prophecies regarding the first coming of Christ that came true, a statistical impossibility. If you are curious read Isaiah 53, and Psalm 22, then read the crucifixion accounts in the New Testament. These were written 1000 and 700 years before Christ and crucifixion wasn't even used for capital punishment when these were written until a few years before Christ. I could go through over a thousand scientific reasons to believe the Bible, but you may not be interested.

It doesn't matter how we got here. To lump all atheists into one in the same, is sinful.

It must be so difficult to go through life believing people are born naturally evil. How sad. Monkeys feel bad when other monkeys don't get a fair share of food and will share when they see unfairness. So will people. People with a conscience. There is good all around us and you don't have to believe in a God to see it. It's natural, no matter who or how we were created. Believing in a God doesn't do two shits to protect anyone from adultery, rape, murder or help keep your stuff.

Maybe you should spend less time reading the bible and more time learning, understanding people you know nothing about.

And monkeys kill each other. Don't lecture me about understanding people. How many suicides have you prevented? (6 for me) How many body bags have you zipped up? (2 for me). How many marriages have you helped save? (23 for me). How many people have you managed in a day? (135 for me). How many people have you encouraged to live to their full potential? (more than 250 for me, I've lost count) How many lives have you saved, and I mean saved in a life threatening situation? (5 for me) How many people have yu watched die because you couldn't do anything to save them? (I don't even want to say for me- more than I want to vividly recall) How many racists have you stood up to in defense of someone being threatened, even when it meant taking a beating from 3 or 4 thugs at the same time? (4 for me and I have the scars to prove it)
I haven't lived 60+ years only to know nothing about people. If I was an atheist, and I'm not- I'd want the preventative aspects of people of faith for just a little protection from the evil around me. If you read the Bible, you'd know nothing is new, people have been drunk, drugged out, raped, murdered, robbed, beaten, cheated, lied about, and on and on from the beginning of time. I'm tired of the constant attack on true people of faith who quietly live good and decent lives by superior-ist, arrogant atheists who cherry pick a few high profile, opportunistic hypocrites as an example of why Christianity is a "fraud" and why their spiritual waste land is superior. The world without Christian ethics is a horrible place, trust me, I've seen the worst humanity serves up. Maybe if you spent more time reading the Bible you would understand people you know nothing about.

I've read enough of the bible and I've spent all the time in the church that I'm willing to spend. Not another moment till the church cleans it's own house.

If you feel this strongly and are such a great person, why are you writing such hateful, bullshit meme's? Judging from your above meme, you can't lecture me from the ground you're standing on. Take your meme and your religion and shove it up your ass as far as I'm concerned. And, I'm not even an atheist!

No I'm a sinner just like everyone else in need of a savior. Your reference that I have no clue about people triggered the list of what I've endured during my life recognizing what people are going through. I don't brag about it, seriously, my own adult children have never heard about 98% of what I listed, I did tell them about my sister's suicidal depression is about all. I researched everything I could on suicide prevention when she went through that, in an era before google and laptops. Tragically a year after she decided to live she was killed in a vehicle accident.
As for a church cleaning up? There's an old joke, "if you find the perfect church, don't join it. You'll just mess it up." Churches are not places for perfect people, you won't find one. What is hateful about pointing out to atheists that they enjoy the benefits of Christian based society even though many despise Christianity. The hatred atheists pour out is real, not live and let live. Look up Jack Phillips, the Colorado baker who had a religious liberty case go before the Supreme Court and won. He has been the target of two more staged attacks for politely declining to baked specialized products that go against his sincerely held beliefs. The first gay couple had been customers for years, and set him up because of his open Christianity. The second attack was announced after the SCOTUS decision and he has had a third attack because he declined an Trans coming out cake. There are dozens of bakeries who will cater to the deviant clientele, but he is targeted for high profile destruction to send a message that if you chose to live out a faith contrary to an activist dogma you will be publicly destroyed. Atheists aren't live and let live- everyone must comply- a central doctrine of communism and socialism.

Let us remember religious persecution of these, "deviants" as you freely called them has been going on since the beginning of time. No one needs to hear your sob story about a guy refusing to bake a cake when religion has been beating these deviants to death for millennia.
