I was stopped at the lights, I would never normally touch my phone while in the car - true story.

Nope, it's one of my pet hates. People who check their phones are basically saying, "my phone call/text is more important than both mine and your lives - so f**k you!

I'm on the road for thousands of miles every month. This YEAR I've seen Two tickets written in California. The only consequence of note here for driving stupid is to crash eventually. Alas.
