You missed the point. If someone said the vaccine part, most people would say ”Yes, but the pros outweigh the cons.” It’s the same with fossil fuels. Yes they pollute, but they’re easy to extract and are effective power sources.

There is no doubt how great fossil fuel has been and what it has done for people. Without it we would never have the opportunity we now have, to transition to a more sustainable energy that is renewable. It should be considered a bridge energy at this point.

That's not true at all. Large scale solar is underbidding large scale coal fired power plants in cost. Even in America. 6 million people employed in clean energy. Something like 6000 in coal.

Either those renewable energy employees are incompetent as hell, or maybe, just maybe, renewable energy isn't cheap and efficient just yet.

It was in New Mexico or Arizona, large scale solar power plant installation under bid a new coal fired installation. Too lazy to look it up but I know it's true. That happened a couple years ago. It's been happening world wide for about 10yrs. Seems like the U.S. was one of the last.

The problem is that fossil fuels are limited.
