There is this inconvienent truth you disregard: separation of powers. Trump doesn't control the House or the Judiciary. He doesn't have the authority to just command the DOJ to lock people up either. By letting these institutions do their jobs he is, in fact, upholding his oath. To interfere with their authority would be a violation of his oath and would be an unconstitutional abuse of power. His opinion of Hillary's guilt does not equate to actual guilt.

And I'll just refrain from commenting on your little conspiracy blogs. Ain't nobody got time for that.
