No it's a fact, he was working in some of the poorest countries for the past 20 years or so. All the hunger was caused by political forces, he had food available to distribute for charitable agencies, but it was confiscated by corrupt governments. He did a lot of his work underground which put him and the people working with him to relieve hunger in peril of arrest or murder. Very true, many countries are doing very well, with stable governments.
