I think it started going down hill after Bush Sr. Then I remember that even if you didn't like the president, people still respected the office. Then Obama came and figuratively (sometimes literally) bowed to the rest of the world.

There have been plenty of presidents who didn't put America first; but I think Obama is the first to actually intentionally transform the country into something less cohesive, less influential, less powerful, and less respected all in the name of globalism.

What is an error? He doesn't praise murderous dictators? He defends guys like Putin while questioning American intelligence. He said Congress was passing another tax cut before the midterms, despite the fact Congress wasn't in session. That's one of many lies he has told.

The crux of the issue is what constitutes a "lie".
Lying requires not only an incorrect position, but foreknowledge that the position is incorrect. You have no proof that for example, the statement on another tax cut was a fabrication by Trump, nor that he had knowledge of it's falsehood beforehand. Therefore it is an error to classify it as a lie.

I don't
