Saudi's have a government that is infested with Corruption. The Prince in charge took a huge step towards purging that corruption by arresting 11 criminal princes on Nov 7 2017. Those princes still have people loyal to them that have not been arrested. It was those corrupt loyalists that worked with the CIA and are the ones who had Kashogi killed as a smear tactic to interfere with US(Trump) - Saudi relations.

Blaming the ruling Saudi Prince is like Blaming Trump for one of Hillary's "suicide" victims just because he was president at the time.

The Ruling Saudi Prince had 11 Royal Family members Arrested on November 7th, 2017 on charges of corruption. Many had been arrested before for similar charges and were released after paying massive fines. This time, they weren't so lucky.
