Actually, they're Black Panthers, a black nationalist group. It's highly likely they're actually pretty skilled fighters, and when coupled with some super racist ideology, it makes them pretty dangerous. They're also as much of a representative sample of Democrats as Neo-Nazis are of Republicans.

They are all over Atlanta, and they are known to harass everyone that doesn't agree with them. The difference is this, no one stops them.
