No, stopping living legal citizens from voting over a manufactured paranoia of voter fraud is voter suppression.

Everyone who wanted to vote, voted, and then some. Voting wasn't and isn't suppressed. Finding boxes of blank ballots, Currently, there are more ballots than registered voters, so that means something's amiss. Refusing to let people into sites to monitor what should be a transparent process also causes concerns, especially when the votes the "find" are falling largely to the democratic candidate. Sending a memo out telling the sites how many votes the democrats need is an even worse scenario.
