True there is no accepted definition of mass shooting but here is a handy website so you can review at your leisure the insane amount of shootings that happened in the US this year. (and every year). The only way to make the American record look good is to compare it to war zones and I am sure that is not the look you are aiming for....
If people get shot and die or get injured, then yes that is a mass shooting. Would it make a difference if you mother died of cancer or in a car accident, of course not.
For example, the chances of getting mugged in New York and London are about the same, but in NY you are 10 times more likely to be shot and killed. Lovely.

F**k you're a wind bag. The fact of the matter is that there have bin alot of shootings this year, and a shit load most recently. So go ahead, deflect , put your head in the sand, and try and excuse, anytime, anywhere someone's gettin shot.
