Issue oversimplified. For most anti's it's not even about the vaccine, it's the suppression of scientific data and corruption of the CDC in suppressing or altering its own data to fit the agendas of Big Pharma, the totally unethical shielding from liability, the coercion of people to take 3 at once instead of staggering them so the immune system can adjust, and yes, the very real and very suppressed explosion of autism that is more than coincidence. There are a lot of very sad parents who learned this the hard way.

Nothing wrong with vax, I was properly vaxxed as a child and I'm grateful...I'm sure millions feel the same way. Even third world kids get vaxxed thanks to international health orgs, but some ignorant, misinformed parents still resist.
