This chart is a manipulation. It might as well be a lie. You're beginning to show a pattern.

The largest chunk "U.S. individuals and institutions" is a very broad term. Most of the money tied up in there belongs to people and companies that live and are Headquartered in the US but owe their allegiance to foreign powers. They are happy to drain the US economy to make themselves and their own countries richer.

That chart's sources are the U.S. Treasury Dept and the Federal Reserve... How bout you? Any sources supporting your claim that "most money tied up in US inviduals and institutions belongs to companies who owe their allegiance to foreign powers"..?

Off the top of my head I can name a big one. The Federal Reserve. It's primarily a U.K. thing.
