Because CNN said so? How is it disproven exactly?
- She listed as minority status at UPenn in 2005 (fact)
- She was listed through her career in Harvard as Cherokee. Harvard boasted this very publicly in their yearbooks and public articles as "First Women of Color" to be a professor at Harvard. (Fact)
- Harvard's use of Warren as a minority is to circumvent the Affirmative Action, boasting as a university of diversity in order to garner student enrollment as well as government grants/scholarship programs. (fact - and this is the defrauding government part)

- 1984 Warren's family published Pow Wow Chow cookbook in Oklahoma, claiming it is a recipe book passed down for generations from her Cherokee ancestry. Warren herself contributed several recipes and signed "Elizabeth Warren - Cherokee" in the book. Not only is this fraudulent, not being Cherokee and her family is not Cherokee, 5 of her recipes were caught to be plagiarized word for word from other chefs, magazines, and publications including "Better Homes and Garden."
- Historical records actually showed Warren's 1/32 ancestor was a Tennesseean militia and most likely responsible for actually rounding up the Cherokee and moving them to reservations in what is now known as the Trail of Tears.

- The DNA result uses computer analysis, which is why it uses 64 and 1024, which are digital byes. 1/1024 is actually the "min" you can get out of anything, it essentially = 0.
- The DNA test didn't match the 1/1024 to Native American b/c the DNA used to match were Peruvian, Colombian, and Mexican. So she literally has 0% Native America DNA whichever way you look at it.
