That heavily favors the rich. Why not cut taxes by one exact dollar amount for all working persons? If that isn't fair, why not?

Any across the board tax cut would give the rich far more back because they pay way more.

All I know is, here in California, PACs with DNC affiliations are spending millions to fight against a gas tax recall that would help the working class who could use the money the most. Living paycheck to paycheck, you'd think they'd be looking out for people like me. They're not, they'd rather play partisan politics. I won't be voting for them this time. Money for roads and bridges has to come from somewhere. And companies are getting such big tax breaks. Where will the money come from.

States give tax breaks to entice companies to locate there. Which entitlements? Paying pensions of retired government workers? Free healthcare to retired government leaders? Social security? Which entitlements, this has no real meaning unless you can point out which ones are less important than infrastructure.
