Problem, most of those memes were probably submitted 12 hours earlier. Depending on the number of memes, and such, it can take a while for them to go from Submitted to Featured. Only solution would be to require a credit/debit card to post. That would eliminate about 80% because it seems that the shitty ones usually come from 10-15 year olds. They can make memes til the cows come home, but they'd have to post elsewhere unless they went out and got a Visa Gift card. It wouldn't need to be a monthly charge, A nominal1 time registration fee, say $1-$3. If the kid can't get Mom or Dad to authorize it, they don't post. If I ever go back to regular posting, I'd consider it. Right now, I've got my second post in ages up.
