Come on man, I heard the same whining from the right when it was Sotomayor and Kagan. The constant overstating EVERY little thing is what will kill the left's message.

Personally I don't think they'll touch your sacred cow. For anything to happen a challenge would first have to go through the system to even get to the supreme court. You know that I personally would like for that to happen which was why I wasn't realy happy with his answers on that question, but WE DO NOT appoint justices to the supreme court solely on Roe V Wade despite the left's adherence to that goal.

I'll make this simple for you so you can sleep easy going forward. Democrats need Roe V Wade to turn out the vote. Republicans won't do anything about it either because every time it is mentioned, your party turns out, over reacts and acts so incredibly foolish it energizes the Republican base. There is such a sick synergy on this topic, no side will let it go anywhere.

More frustration at myself, for too long I've looked at the complications of the abortion issue, and finally come to realize the trees got in the way of that forest.
Both sides need the issue as it stands. The right needs their perpetual boogeyman and the left needs its one libertarian cause.
