Innocent until proven guilty

Can you maybe add a title that helps tell your intended meaning? I mean, because lots of black men were accused of things they didn't do and often white people killed them before any sort of investigation or trial.

There is no need for a title, it says itself.

So, jailed with no evidence and no trial. And today people who look like him still get much longer jail sentences than light skinned folks.
