I believe something happened that was consensual until she changed her mind????

Once a guy puts his hand over your mouth... "Consensual" probably isn't a safe assumption anymore.

To me his behavior as a teenager is less important than what he was upto in the Cheney/W. WH. For some reason we only get to see 2% of his records - which is unacceptable for a meaninful inquiry. As for what we do know - it seems as though he lied to the Senate when being appointed to the bench previously - to keep partsan shenanigans (spying on the other side's research and deliberative strategy) covered-up. Considering that this iz a swing vote on the court... His integrity seems insufficient to warrant the appointment, to me. Kennedy was a relatively good Justice. This guy seems more like a partisan hack. He was part of the justification process for torture... So I'd prefer that we wait until the Congress and Senate flips.

Had the GOP given Merrick Garland a fair hearing... We wouldn't be fighting so hard over this one. Now everyone's in a hurry and determined to pack the court(s). It would be good to have at least 1 branch of government, to act as a check on the Koch/Mercer agenda.
