It used to be 5:00 am Boston time, then crept to 8:00 and now is somewhere between 8:30 and 9.

Is there an error message when you try to submit, or does it just say you have zero submissions left?

It says zero submissions left. That being said, this morning I successfully submitted 3 memes at about 5:15 am, which is a huge improvement over what I had seen recently. In past weeks, I was seeing some earliest possible submission times of 9:45.

Oops... I meant 8:45 for the earliest submission time. Fat fingers got in the way.

Some of us would love to submit early in the morning, and do something useful for the rest of the day.
