No one has released the lie detector questions. Everyone can pass a lie detector test, especially if it administered by an former FBI agent who is coincidentally a democrat activist. Ford is a Bernie supporter, democrat activist, active anti-Trumper, turns our legal system on it's head by asserting the burden of proof is on Kavanaugh, has quite a reputation of being a big time party girl in this era (kids make mistakes, can't remember what year this occurred (but some simple math of subtracting her present age from her reported age, can't say how she got to the party, how she got home from the party, feinstein sat on this since July even though she had numerous occasions to bring it up instead of delivering it as a bomb, the pattern is identical to the smear against Clarence Thomas and several other Republican nominated judicial appointments. She scrubbed all of her social media before this came to the surface. Women who dated and socialized with Kavanaugh say this is totally out of his character at the time, 200 in fact have stepped up to confirm his good character. There are two men she claims were present at the time who deny it happened. Kavanaugh has an open, public and extensive record of impeccable behavior. Is there nothing here that even raises the slightest degree of reasonable doubt for you? What if someone suddenly dropped similar accusations on you? Think about the difficulty of proving that something did not happen, it is virtually impossible and that's why our founding fathers put the burden of proof on the accuser, unlike socialist tyrants who utilize the opposite standard to silence political opponents (a cursory review of history will prove this point). Before you think I am unsympathetic to rape victims, my wife was raped in her teens, my daughter was raped in her early 20's. Not attempted rape, actual rape. I understand the trauma, I understand the repercussions. Rape is an outrage. Lying and executing a life destroying smear for political advantage is even more repugnant. You appear to ignore the danger to freedom of the left wing tactics like this. As many people who democrats have smeared and destroyed asked when they are less than publicly cleared, "How do I get my good name back?" You don't.

I am not a Bernie supporter. Until this came out, I simply accepted that a judge more conservative than me would be on the court. Mark Judge wrote years ago that during the time in question, he drank so much that he did not remember what he did. He has not said that this did not happen. He says he does not remember it. And, he is not willing to go on record, under oath, one way or the other. Kavanaugh, through his fraternity, sent Freshmen around campus waving a flag made from women's underwear. I seem to remember how guys got those. As far as someone accusing me of such things, I am not a nominee for the Supreme Court. As someone who was raised as a Republican, and whose mother was raised on a reservation where her parents worked for the church, I do not recognize the modern version of your party or your belief system that appears to accept any dirty trick or bad behavior, if it keeps people in power whose prime accomplishment is giving trillions of dollars to billionaires.

Larry, please re=read what I wrote. It is far from accepting dirty tricks or bad behavior. I oppose a government that can through political motivation destroy my career, 35 years in energy. I am opposed to a government that feels entitled to take whatever portion of my earnings as they, not I deem fit. Little known fact, many slaves earned and kept a portion of their wages- have you read of slaves who bought their freedom? We are not a nation of slaves to our government, when government enjoyed 60% of my income for 25 of those 35 years I was not much more than a slave. The Electoral College worked as it was designed to by keeping heavily populated cities from controlling every election. More Electoral delegates were selelcted for Trump and sore loser democrats who demand entitlement to control of our government started talking about impeaching Trump before he was sworn in. Does that bother you? There is talk of impeaching Kavanaugh before he has even received a vote. Guilty as accused your honor! Not as proven. If we are to only be ruled by socialists there will be hate speech prohibitions on any opposing ideas. There will be further destruction of religious freedom as we witnesses in the Obama years. Second amendment- the only one which allows citizens a means to protect themselves from government tyranny will vaporize. Due process? Just look at Trump, Kavanaugh, Thomas, Estrada and others? The swamp is deep and vile. If good people, and Kavanaugh is a good man( we knew Trump was a wealthy playboy- so no surprises there), who recognize the value of our constitution are not put in place to protect it, we become Venezuela.No thank you. (And when we hung our women's underwear banner on my campus it was made with underwear our girlfriends gave us- the 70's and early 80's were not famous for piety.)

The problem with your logic is that when I was in the Army, I could not decide to defend you less because you wanted to pay fewer taxes. We cannot restrict your use of roads to only those you had a hand in paying for. If you do not want to be a part of civilized society, where we have rules for behavior, check out. Go live in the woods somewhere. As far as Venezuela goes, it is mismanaged. There are plenty of mismanaged countries, not all of them are socialist wannabes like Maduro's mess. Kavanaugh is only a good man because he is being put forward by your tribe. Your religious freedom ends at my laws. I am no more bothered by talk about impeachment than I was talk about making government a tool of assuring that Obama would be a one term president. And, your idiots had the power to keep government from working for six of his eight years. It always gives me a special kind of joy when I witness the eloquence of a troll who does not have the ability to formulate intellectual arguments adequate to the challenge. Name calling has to suffice. I am an idiot. I freely admit it. That is why I spend time learning things I don't already know. I would strongly endorse a total immersion in macro-economics for you. Look hard enough and you will understand why international relations experts almost unanimously concluded that Putin owned your president in Helsinki. Look hard enough and you might learn why the right wing, and Putin want Venezuela to fail. (Hint: Their oil assets will be sold for pennies on the dollar in bankruptcy auctions).
And, you might see whay Putin funds anti-pipeline and anti-Fracking groups. And, you might understand why he does not want to see Permian oil, that has a break even point of about $30-per barrel come to the market cheaply. And, you might understand why he is involved in Syria. And, you might understand why he sees Europe and China as opportunities to make the hard currency on petroleum products he is unable to make otherwise, because of the sanctions put on by the last president that your president wants to lift. Or, you can slink back into the comfort of arguments I have been hearing since the 1960s when my Republican brother who used to work for NSA, and his "conservative." friends would drop by for a brew. The international communist conspiracy was replaced by a socialist conspiracy. But, it is otherwise a word for word match of the stuff you spew. I remember watching Mao seize the private farms of peasants as part of his revolution, interpreted by my conservative brother, who had masters in Far Eastern Languages (Chinese) and Culture from Yale. If you look at China, post Mao and Russia, post USSR, they have evolved. China for the better, Russia for the worse. But, your rhetoric and argument hasn't. That is why I find you, and people like you so boring.
