Sounds like something I would do! If I am not wearing them I find myself gouging my eye because I reach up to push them back in place habitually. LOL!

When I had Bell's Palsy the right half of my face was paralyzed. I was unable to close the right eye, and I swear all I did was gouge that eye out! It's a wonder I still have it!

The horror of having it come out of nowhere! I had symptoms prior, so I wasn't crazy surprised.
It took about 6 months for mine to go away, but I did not make a full recovery. My hearing is permanently damaged and I get charlie horses in my face and neck from time to time, sometimes my face gets stuck in certain positions for 3-4 seconds, and there is a general weakness and slight droop on the affected side. People say they can't tell, but I can because I can feel it. I wouldn't wish the evil BP on anyone.

Also when I chew my eye closes partially and I can't hold the right eye open when yawning or laughing.

Varying reasons. Some times an obvious physical or emotional trauma, maybe a tumor or a virus, sometimes it's the first sign of Multiple Sclerosis, other times no known cause is identified. They did not know what caused mine. However, I was deficient in vitiman D around the time I had it. I assume it could be related.

It was no picnic that's for sure. I hope I never have it again! I do facial exercises lately hoping to even it all out a bit. But it wouldn't keep outta the flip. I would meme on with my peeps as usual! Especially my best peep Neo! :)

I keep a second pair in my fishing backpack, i would hate to travel for a week's camping and fishing and not have my glasses, I would just have to turn around and come home again :-(
