But I think the cool ocean air is better. Sometimes we don't have a winter either, but considering how hot the pacific ocean is, we might get some rain this winter.

Rain is always a welcome event. I do like it when i can open some windows but that's very rare. I do miss living a little further north where there is actually a spring and autumn. Lol. :)

I greatly appreciate it.
