Thank you for that response. It's rare to see a response like that on this site especially. I don't see myself as an extremist, and I do my best to hold a rational view on a topic; call it libertarian (you don't have to call it that; that's what I call it, anyway).
For example, on LGBTQ issues I support many of the causes of the LGBTQ movement such as trans rights and lifting bans against gay marriage. However, the LGBTQ community need to tone down with the child drag queens. Children are children, not glorified objects, and we shouldn't intervene with their interests. Fortunately, I have seen signs of ordinary, conventional people (by that, I mean non-celebrity) of the LGBTQ community disassociating themselves with MAPs, and I'm sure the same people would agree with me on the child drag queen issue.
I don't usually spend hours after a particular person. When I found this image, I found it under the "lgbt" tag on the site. I think we definitely can find common ground on issues these days, despite my condescending manner on IMGflip. Back in 2016, though I look at 2016 as the better days of IMGflip, I used to be vehemently left-leaning, and believed every person with a left-leaning idea. These days I've toned down by politically-based rhetoric and started doing research on topics. I've learned that the left has done more to censor science than the right has, particularly IQ differences (which is something I'd like to learn about).
Thank you for your concern. I hope I never meet any extremists either, which is what I'm careful about when on this site. Usually when I criticize a meme for being "boomer", I don't intend to attack the person, but rather the quality of the meme. The article I read regarding boomer memes did show examples of the worst kind (the easy-to-read abundance of text and stock imagery are huge factors of quality). However, I admit, I do get out of hand when criticizing the images based on the age-group of the person who made them. It may come from my political bias, but I've criticized liberals on this site as well (namely laonsite) as conservatives. My criticisms of liberals don't get seen as much as my criticism of conservatives, however, due to the leanings of the site itself.
