And yet you think he meant specifically wholesale clubs when he said: “You know, if you go out and you want to buy groceries, you need a picture on a card, you need ID. You go out and you want to buy anything, you need ID and you need your picture."

If you sat there and thought..."OK he means ONLY whole sale stores not grocery where virtually everyone buys groceries" what about the people that DON'T belong to a wholesale club? Where do they buy groceries that require an ID?
