Nice Amendment. Unfortunately? If you support the blatant violation of Any Amendments and the rights garanteed by them? You hold distain for it in total. You can’t simply cherry pick that which you approve while the others are violated. And once a Right or Amendment is violated? With the approval of Americans? The rest are no longer applicable and can be considered null and void. Since no one actually supports the Constitution as factual written and allows Local, State and the federal Government to simply re interpret it with fancy and re defined words. It’s all the proof need to show Americans don’t actually like the constitution beyond their own rights.

Well? Probably When Georgia created the First gun ban back in the early 1800s. Maybe it was the creation of The Commerce Clause which Congress simply began using to create laws and regulations the clause gave them no power to do. Ect ect ect. There is no more genuine 1st, 2nd? 4th and 5th Amendment
