Believe it or not, as I sit here typing this, there is a rather loud cricket chirping outside my window. I almost thought it was a peeper frog. lol

Wait, what? Did I miss cricket week? There's got to be a cricket sound generator app available in case of emergency. :-)

I used to keep crickets as pets. It's nice to hear them at night, even in the winter. And they're pretty easy to keep. They will eat anything, including other pet crickets. You can catch them for free or get some at pet stores. There's even 'cricket food' for them. :-)
