If it makes you feel any better it did a lot better on reddit and imgur lol. I wouldn't even bother posting stuff here anymore if it wasn't for my few loyal imgflip fans I want to see it. It's kinda sad that I do so much better on sites where people have no idea who I am compared to a site I gave everything to for years. In order to do good here you have to be part of the new social crowd, plus other sites feature your stuff instantly and here you get buried more often than not waiting on a mod to feature your meme.
It really bothered me for a long time but I am over it now. I used to think imgflip was a much bigger deal than it really is. The thing is in order to do good here you have to spend a ton of time commenting and letting people know you are upvoting them so they upvote you back. Instead of doing that I have branched out and made a lot of different accounts on different sites. Something may do poorly on 3 sites and then blow up on the 4th, once you break 100,000 views on a site where nobody has the slightest idea who you are your perspective changes drastically.
I learned about memes here and some of my best online friends are because of this site. I'm simply done putting all my eggs in one basket. But since you were nice enough to comment on this twice I will post this extra bonus pic I made just for your viewing pleasure lol.
