No, because you are completely ignoring the fact that TWO human beings are involved in each abortion, not just the mother. I know that's probably too complicated for you to understand, but the baby is NOT volunteering to be killed. It's being drug in and slaughtered.

Using the 0.3% outlier rather than trying to explain the 98.3% that are totally elective just makes you sound ridiculous.

Except you're trying to defend slaughtering the unborn by using the most heart wrenching reason possible, which isn’t the most prevalent reason the unborn are killed. The real reason the unborn are most frequently killed is that their mothers think they are an inconvenience.

I’m also not making the argument that we should ban all abortions. However I think they should be only legal if the woman was a victim of rape or incest. Making a woman bear the product of a crime would also, IMO, be evil.

It probably is the most heart wrenching language possible, but we are talking about taking a human life because 98.3% of the time, it’s an inconvenience. You don’t think that’s just a bit evil? Making the argument that all abortion should be legal because of the 0.3% of the cases is like saying all cars should be banned because a small percentage of them crash due to technical malfunctions and kill the drivers.

I COULD MAYBE support an abortion in case of rape, though even that comes dangerously close to eugenics but that is NOT the majority of abortions. Pro-choice is not pro-abortrapebabies, it's pro-abortion in general. Any restrictions on abortion as a form of birth control seems to be absolutely unacceptable to the left. Any time it's brought up as being immoral, people point to these outlying cases and say "SEE! We should be able to get abortions!" while ignoring the millions dead because someone couldn't keep their legs shut and had a freakout when they realized there were consequences. It's no less shameful for a mother to abort her baby than for a father to cut and run; more so in fact, since the father tends to just flee, not KILL the kid.

Actually, it is. By FAR highest percentages in reasons for having abortion are "unready" "can't afford" "concerned how it would change life" "already have all the kids I want". How is that not using abortion as birth control? If you can't accept that having sex comes with a risk of having a child, you shouldn't be having it. You clearly aren't ready for that responsibility yet. And before you toss off these numbers as propaganda, take a look at the bottom of the page in the bibliography. Most of this comes from govt health data.

Being married does not suddenly absolve you of your responsibilities. Those women's lives are not in danger. They weren't having unconsensual sex. They had sex and use abortion to avoid the consequences. That is MURDER.
