Basically, I wanna know how to draw with the pen IN PLACE OF a mouse

is it for drawing on imgflip images? You might need to install an image editing app and download the images for drawing on....then upload them to imgflip...?

It's actually for line drawing so I can make videos

there's really good pc software for that, "pencil 2d" but I don't know of any apps that would do for a tablet :(

There's a button on the pen. Hold the pen to the screen and press the button for a menu.

Use it to write messages and draw. The input screen for text is pretty good at interpreting your written letters and words.

You could check YouTube for more info - there's plenty of good stuff available. ;-)

Open S-Note and start drawing. You'll get it in a few minutes. There are plenty of free drawing apps - check Google Play for them. :-)
