Trump still cares. For some reason HE has to keep bringing up how much of a winner he is. People have to put Hillary down still, to make Trump look better. They need her because he is such a terrible President, and they want a distraction or to say "but Hillary....blah blah." It's too bad he wastes his and the public's time continuing to bring her up.
