The top Pic is grandstanding, and politicizing a non Political even, Based on incorrect information... without permission of the from the venue to do so... (They are also doing it in the workplace without their employer's permission.)
- when they protest so called 'Police Brutality' they are also Protesting the man doing his job in the 2nd picture...

the bottom picture is a licensed and permitted (as in they have the approval of the venue to be there to do it) Exercise of their First Amendment rights.

Don't confuse doing what you 'think' is right, with what you have a Right to do.

I'm not the one who is confused. "The man doing his job in the 2nd picture" is not beating or shooting anyone. He is protecting a group of people who would likely roast him on a spit if they could get away with it. It is quite sad that you don't see that.......or won't.

You don't give up your constitutional rights because you take a job. Those players should take the NFL to court and we'll all see what side the law falls on.

Don't confuse employment with ownership.

Nothing in the Constitution Says anything about your Boss, the First opens with "Congress shall make no Law..." not 'Employers'. when you're wearing the Uniform of a Company you ARE that company and they have the right to tell you what to do...

Once again, you don't give up your constitutional rights because you take a job. Your employer cannot force you to salute a flag any more than it can force you to pray. That is unless saluting a flag and praying are in your job description or contract. Anyone would have a very good court case challenging this notion.
