I’d like to know because I’d see comments with more upvotes than mine, show up lower than mine. I figured that person was downvoted, but their comment was not offensive. I figured someone is on a downvote attack on that person. Sometimes mine moves down and I wonder if I pissed someone off somewhere.
As far as submissions, is the number based on anything? It seemed random to me.
