I heard "Lorlor" my kids each hear "yuvvy".

I've heard it on 3 different news stories, the first time I heard laurel, the second time I was shocked because I clearly heard yanny, the 3rd time I fully expected to hear "moron" but I heard laurel again. Each time I was in the minority of the newscaters playing along at the same time. So strange!!!

I noticed I heard it more clearly as "laurel" on my phone but on the lap top it was a little muddled.

LOL-I heard it on the news,I'm getting ready to go hear it on youtube or somewhere & see if it sounds different.

ive heard it both ways. I was seriously surprised the second time.

Yeah - I just heard Laurel plain as day on 2 more listening's. Weird stuff

I swear the first couple times I heard it, it was unmistakably “yanni”. I tried listening for laurel and couldn’t imagine it ever sounding like that. Now when I hear it, it’s the complete opposite!
I think there’s different sound clips being played, lol :-)

I heard both! Yanny sounds really nasally while laurel is in a low voice

I didn't notice a tonal change, but then I only heard the yanny on 1 news story. Every other time I've heard laurel.

I heard a distinct Laurel

yanny sounds like yammy and laurel sounds like lorlor

That's what I thought as well when I heard it for the first time
