People in the United States of Amnesia might not remember that Jimmy Carter helped the Clinton administration negotiate a deal preventing them from developing nukes! If George W Bush hadn't pulled out of that deal, for reasons as arbitrary as the ones Trump used to break deal with Iran, we wouldn't have this problem!
