There's always Enterprise B, C, D, and E!
But first a quote from Captain Picard.
"All tese ships were called Enterprise..."
Space Shuttle Enterprise was the first Space Shuttle orbiter, built for NASA in 1976. The Shuttle was supposed to be named Constitution, but a write-in campaign successfully persuaded NASA to name it after the Star Trek starship.
Space Shuttle Enterprise can be seen at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York City.
VSS Enterprise was the first SpaceShipTwo (SS2) spaceplane, built by Scaled Composites for Virgin Galactic... Enterprise was destroyed during a powered test flight on 31 October 2014, killing one pilot and seriously injuring another. This is the first spacecraft-related accident in which at least one crew member has survived
An early future Enterprise - the NX-01 was an NX Class starship and had polarized hull shielding. NX-01 was used in the TV series Enterprise and helmed by Captain Jonathan Archer. The ship is presumed destroyed in an episode call Twilight, but this is in an alternate universe. According to an Internet source, the ship was completely destroyed by the Tholians in "In a Mirror, Darkly" Part I. Since this is Star Trek, this could change in the future... a different interpretation of the ship's fate includes it possibly being remembered in a museum by Dian Troi.
Enterprise 1701 was a Constitution class vesel. The ship was originally helmed by Captain Robert April, then Captain Pike before Captain Kirk was given command.
The original ship was refitted and modernized for Star Trek The Motion Picture and destroyed in Star Trek III: The Search For Spock. It was sacrificed to prevent Klingons from capturing it and learning Federation Technology. Kirk initiated a self-destruct sequence and the ship exploded, then decended into the Genesis Planet.
Kirk: "My God, Bones, what have I done?"
McCoy: "What you had to do. What you always do. Turned death into a fighting chance to live."
Enterprise A (also a Constitution Class vesel), was introduced in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home as a replacement for the original Enterprise.
<Wikipedia quote>
According to the non-canon novel The Ashes of Eden, written by William Shatner, Starfleet Commander-in-Chief Androvar Drake orders Enterprise-A decommissioned and destroyed during war games and weapons testing, but the Chal government intervenes. Ultimately, Enterprise is destroyed to prevent Drake's completion of a disastrous personal agenda.
