Interesting. My doctor told me 15 minutes outside gives a person all the D they need in a day (as long as you don't apply sunscreen). And we live in E. Tennessee.

My doctor told me it’s not possible to get enough D in the winter. He also said they changed the numbers for normal and deficient so that more people come back as deficient in testing. This was in 2012 or 2013.
