"Cash me ousside" means, "Catch me outside" in non-ignoramus speak. I never knew who this girl was for a long time. I kept seeing the meme with the "How bow dah" line attached and did not understand. I thought the "dah" was pronounced like, "duh". Which would be highly appropriate. But I digress...
I finally google searched this oxygen thief and saw the Maury Povich... or was it Dr. Phil... episode with her acting a damned fool.
Anyhoo... if you care to punish yourself by getting in the loop (albeit a couple of years late) head on over to YouTube and search "cash me ousside" or "how bow dah". You will be promptly assaulted by ignorance so complex and impossibly horrifying that you ask for a beating after to teach yourself a lesson.

Oh, I forgot to add. Being from actual crack town I always known "that" to be spelled and pronounced ,"Dat" not "dah". So while both are actually irritating, "dah" is worse because it is an incorrect spelling of the already incorrect "dat". I know. Shoot me please.
